Delete your Bookywooky account

Last updated: 23 October 2026

This page explains how to delete your account in the Bookywooky app, how to ask us to do it if you can’t use the app, and what happens to your information. Bookywooky is operated by Adam Bujega and Suzanne Bujega, trading as Bookywooky.

Delete your account in the app

Professionals

  1. Open the menu and tap Settings.
  2. Tap Account management, then Delete account.
  3. Enter your password, tick the confirmation and tap Delete my account permanently.

Clients

  1. Open Profile and tap Name, email and password.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. Enter your password, tick the confirmation and tap Delete my account permanently.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. You are signed out and cannot sign back in.

Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app or can’t sign in, email support@bookywooky.co.uk from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm the request with you, delete the account within one month, and tell you when it is done.

If a professional keeps a record of you but you have never had a Bookywooky account, please ask that professional, or email us and we will help.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions first.

What is deleted

  • Your name, email address, password, phone number and addresses.
  • Your profile photo, and for professionals your cover photo and service photos (including their public links). A copy already loaded from an old link can stay visible for up to an hour while caches expire.
  • Notes, saved addresses and links between you and your professionals or clients.
  • For professionals: your client records that have no booking history, before and after photos, portfolio posts, handwriting, working hours and blocked time.
  • Household members’ names, relationship, date of birth and notes.
  • Your devices registered for notifications, your scheduled reminders, notifications, booking requests, saved inspiration and password-reset links.
  • The text and screenshots of any bug reports you sent.
  • Your review comments (the star rating is kept without your name).
  • Any upcoming appointments are cancelled, and the other person is told.
